From a sketch to a running line — six controlled steps.
A DEL machine moves through the same checkpoints whether it's a 200kg gearbox bracket or a 60-tonne kiln support. Below: what happens at each stage, who owns it, and what you receive.
We come to your floor first.
A senior engineer visits your site within 7 working days of inquiry. We map the load path, measure interfaces with existing equipment, sample your power and air supply, and leave with photos, a constraint list, and your shutdown calendar.
Drawn, simulated, signed off.
Our 9-person design office models every machine in SolidWorks, runs FEA on stress-critical components, and issues stamped GA drawings for your approval. No fabrication starts until you sign.
Cut, rolled, welded — under one roof.
Plate is plasma-cut to nest, rolled or pressed, then welded by qualified operators. Every weld lot is logged. Critical joints are dye-penetrant or radiographically tested before painting.
Tested before it ships.
Sub-assemblies meet drives, gearboxes, and electricals on our trial bay. We run no-load and loaded Factory Acceptance Tests against your signed spec — and you're invited to witness.
Our crews finish the job at your site.
DEL installation teams handle rigging, alignment, electrical termination, and dry/wet commissioning. We work to your shutdown window — including night shifts if your turnaround demands it.
We don't disappear after handover.
5-year structural warranty, 2-year warranty on motion components, and a regional spares shelf so you never wait on a long lead time. Annual preventive maintenance contracts available.
Built to recognised codes — measured at every step.
Every product carries the paperwork to prove it. Below: the standards we work to and the in-house equipment that lets us prove compliance without sending parts out.
